What They Say
The best part of Cuisine at the Himalayas wasn’t just their palette of incredible food, it was their brilliance to bring together an array of different dishes which astounded the taste buds. Paired with a fine wine and a hot date, this restaurant is on top.

Delicious dishes and amazing garlic cheese naan! We get take out for dinner all the time. The Sherpa Stew is my husbands favorite, its a yummy and hearty soup. I hear they have a great lunch buffet too.

What a nice surprise to find this gem of a restaurant in Evergreen. It is tucked away in a little off the path grouping of stores in their Bergen Park area. There was a lot of variety in their help yourself buffet. The nan is delicious as well. Great place for a group to gather and visit while eating. Check it out and enjoy.
